Mediterranean bread workshop with Brighton charity Euro-Mernet

Some footage from a recent bespoke baking workshop run by our baker Alex Moran with Brighton charity Euro-Mernet (set up to promote good inter-community and inter-cultural relations in the Mediterranean regions of Europe) for Strike a Light.

The group made olive and orange bread with lots of olive oil – very mediterranean in flavour and very nice indeed!

Strike a Light will be running more bread baking workshops in the next month with Autism Sussex thanks to extra funding we’ve just received from the Brighton and Hove Food Partnership.

Thanks to Umit Ozturk of Euro-Mernet and Anna of Anna’s Kitchen for the images.
